Members of the Home Committee on Homeland Safety have currently anxious that federal brokers have held on to seized telephones for months.

These claims may not be sufficient to fulfill some critics. Senator Ron Wyden has demanded readability on FBI and Homeland Safety exercise in Portland, saying that it will be “outrageous” if Oregon residents confronted federal surveillance like telephone exploits due solely to their politics. With out transparency, it’s not sure that the FBI or DHS revered protesters’ digital rights.
